Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: After you place your order, please allow 2 (two) weeks for delivery. We will get it sent out within 48 hours of your order. Your order will travel via 1st class or Priority Mail from the post office.

Any glassware will be replaced within 2 (two) weeks of purchase with receipt and return of proof of shipping damage. There will be a $5 restocking fee for all returns that are not due to mistakes by NGDRB/Ratwear.
