THE INITIAL SERVICE...

One of our state licensed pest & termite inspectors will perform a thorough inspection of your home’s structure, noting visible pest activity and conducive conditions. A copy of the inspection report & service specifications will be provided to you. Critter Ridder Pest program is an ideal home pest control solution and begins with an initial intensive service, to consist of:

1. Apply granules around trees and shrubs where insects live and breed. 2. Apply odorless, clear drying repellant to eves, overhangs, around doors and windows, and along the foundation to keep the pests out. 3. Apply clear drying repellant to interior cracks and crevices where pests are found, as necessary. 4. Apply bait granules to accessible attics and crawl spaces where pests are know to live and breed. 5. Remove cob webs from the exterior of the home. 6. Apply gel and granule baits to cracks and crevices in the kitchen and baths, as necessary.

Service Standards for Residential Offerings

December / January - Estimated time (1 hour +)

This is the most complicated and thorough of all of our services as well as being the only one that occurs completely inside the home. During this service we will:

Perform a complete home termite inspection

Perform a complete home IPM inspection

Fix any “mechanical” avenues by which pests can enter and infest the home (i.e., caulk, steel wool, foam, concrete, etc.)

Web removal

Attic inspection, possibly including dusting

Garage inspection

February / March - Estimated Time (30 mins-1 hour)

Inspect, clean, and bait outside bait stations

Install new termite bait stations for Platinum and Diamond customers

Exterior web removal of any spider activity

Inspect property for any signs of mole or vole activity

Any other pest service as needed

April / May - Estimated time (45mins-1 hour)

Inspect, clean, and bait outside bait stations

Inspect termite stations for Gold and Platinum customers

Thorough exterior application for ant control

Bait the exterior for ant

Leave additional glue boards for fly webs in the home if applicable

Exterior web removal of any spider activity

Inspect property for any other pest problems to be treated while on property

Any other pest service as needed

June / July - Estimated time (45 mins-1 hour)

Inspect, clean, and bait outside bait stations

Inspect termite stations for Platinum and Diamond customers Thorough exterior application around eves, windows and foundation for the control of most crawling and flying insects

Outside treated areas if necessary

Exterior web removal of any spider activity

Inspect Property for any other pest problems to be treated while on property

Any other pest service as needed

August / September - Estimated time (45mins-1 hour)

Inspect, clean, and bait outside bait stations

Inspect termite stations for Platinum and Diamond customers

Thorough exterior application around eves, windows and foundation for the control of most crawling and flying insects. Special attention to be placed to Asian Lady Beetles and Box Elder Bugs

Special attention needs to be placed on fly control as well as ground beetles and millipedes

Replace any bait or glue boards for fly control for Platinum and Diamond customers

Exterior web removal of any spider activity

Inspect property for any other pest problems to be treated while on property

Any other pest service as needed

October / November - Estimated Time (45mins-1 hour)

Inspect, clean, and bait outside bait stations

inspect termite stations for Platinum and Diamond customers

Thorough exterior application eves, windows and foundation for the control of most crawling and flying insects.

Special Attention will need to be placed on rodent control and exclusion during this service.

Customer will be reminded about and scheduled for the interior service coming up.
